What are cookies?

A cookie is a segment of data that are stored in the user’s browser in order to provide more information to the web server about it, allowing to remember certain parameters and information about the user, achieving greater personalization and analysis of behaviour, always from anonymity.

  • Own cookies: Those that are sent to the user’s device managed exclusively by us for the best functioning of the site.
  • Third party cookies: Those that are sent to the user’s device by a computer or domain which is not managed by us but by another entity, which will deal with the data obtained.
  • Registration cookies: In case of registration on our website, we generat our own cookies that identify you as a registered user and indicate when the user has been identified in the portal. Cookies are used to identify your user account and associated services. These cookies are maintained while the user does not abandon the account, closes the browser or turns off the device. These cookies can be used in combination with analytical data to individually identify your preferences in our portal.
  • Analysis cookies: They serve to study the behaviour of users anonymously while browsing our website. We use analytical cookies, well treated by us or by third parties, they allow us to have information about the visits of users and statistically analyse the use made by users of our website. This allows us to improve user navigation. They can be our own, but also from third parties. Among the latter are Google Analytics cookies.
  • Third-party advertising cookies: The objective is to optimize the exposure of advertisements. For these services, we use the Google AdWords platform that also uses cookies in the AdWords tracking function. So that they can track sales and other conversions of their ads, this feature adds a cookie to a user’s computer when it clicks on an ad.

How to deactivate cookies?

All browsers allow changes to be made to disable the configuration of cookies. These settings are located in the “options” or “preferences” menu of your browser.
