In accordance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, we provide you with the following information:

On the web www.nbnanoscale.com (hereinafter THE WEB) there is a series of informative content about laboratory instrumentation for heating nanomaterials by means of alternating magnetic fields.
Its main objective is to provide customers and the public with information about NB, the products and services offered.
This Legal Notice regulates the access and use of THE WEB that NB makes available to Internet users. USER means the person who accesses, navigates, uses or participates in the services and activities of THE WEB.
The access and navigation of a USER through THE WEB implies the unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice.
NB can offer through the website services that may be subject to specific conditions on which the USER will be informed in each specific case.

NB reserves the right to withdraw all comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that attempt against youth or childhood, order or public safety or which, in its opinion, would not be suitable for publication. In any case, NB will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by USERs through forums, chats, or other tools.
The USER expressly undertakes not to destroy, alter, disable or, in any other way, damage data, programs or electronic documents and others found in THE WEB.
The USER undertakes not to hinder access to other USERs to the access service through the massive consumption of computer resources through which NB provides the service, as well as perform actions that damage, interrupt or generate errors in such systems or services.
The USER undertakes not to introduce programs, viruses, macros, applets, ActiveX controls or any other logical device or sequence of characters that cause or are likely to cause any type of alteration in the computer systems of NB or third parties.
The USER undertakes not to obtain information, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software and, in general, any kind of material accessible through THE WEB or the services offered therein.
In compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR), NANOSCALE BIOMAGNETICS S.L. highlights its policy, respect for the process and protection of personal data, which applies to people who voluntarily communicate via email with NANOSCALE BIOMAGNETICS SL, complete data collection forms, formalize a contractual relationship with NANOSCALE BIOMAGNETICS SL or any other service present on the website that involves the communication of data to NANOSCALE BIOMAGNETICS SL or access to the use of the services of NANOSCALE BIOMAGNETICS S.L., will imply the express acceptance of this policy.

In NANOSCALE BIOMAGNETICS S.L. we process your data to sell scientific instrumentation for laboratories.
The data processing consists of:

– Management of the collection of the services performed.

It excludes all responsibility for any incident or technology that occurs when the USER connects to the internet. Likewise, the absence of interruptions or errors in accessing the website is not guaranteed.
Likewise, NB reserves the right to update, modify or eliminate the information contained in its website, as well as the presentation thereof, at any time, without the responsibility for it.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
NB is the owner of all the rights on the software of the digital publication, as well as the rights of industrial and intellectual property referred to the contents that are included, except for the rights on products and services of public character that are not property of this business.
It is expressly forbidden the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the way it is made available, of all or part of the contents of THE WEB, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorisation of NB. The USER undertakes to respect the rights of Industrial and Intellectual Property owned by NB and third parties.
All the information that is received in THE WEB, such as comments, suggestions or ideas, will be considered assigned to NB for free. Information that CAN NOT be treated in this way should not be sent.
All products and services on these pages that are NOT owned by NB are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are recognised as such by our company. They only appear on NB’S WEB for purposes of promotion and information gathering. These owners can request the modification or elimination of the information that belongs to them.
NB reserves the right to make modifications it deems appropriate on THE WEB, being able to change, delete or add both the content and services provided through the same as the way in which they are presented or located on THE WEB. NB reserves the right to access or withdraw access to THE WEB and/or services offered without prior notice, an instance itself or third-party USERs who violate these General Terms of Use.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise related to the website or the activity that takes place in it, the Courts of ZARAGOZA shall be competent, USER expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
